It’s beginning to feel a lot like?
I was looking out my window, witnessing the first snow fall, when a Squirrel came to me and asked, “Why are nuts always so crunchy?” — Things are really exciting right now (busier than usual). It’s caused me to be unable to update this blog in any normal fashion. Truth be told, I’ve never been able to update it steadily but still, I’ve wanted to reach a rhythm that seemed less absent — What have you been up to?
I’ve been writing, singing (and relaxing).
I see the Holiday hustle and bustle began with one New Jersey employee being trampled to death by shoppers. What made these people stampede?—A sale on plastic eating utensils or shampoo? — Seriously though, this isn’t good.
What’s the world coming to?
And to think that a discount store could have anything worth stampeding for in the first place; maybe they should put cattle crossing signs up during the holidays (it works in the country).
Let’s kill chickens (a crowd cheers), let’s kill cows (a crowd cheers), let’s put cats in bottles and sell them as antiques (a lowering of volume ensues); just kidding, the animal rights activists would have us incarcerated, but hey, go to your local discount store and — that’s right folks, it’s a regular stampede.
Hope you’re happy, safe, and doing what you want to do (or can), even if it isn’t exactly what you had in mind (at least you’re able, right)?
Try to enjoy December, and don’t take everything so seriously. The shoppers at the discount store did and look what happened *Obscene Profanity Withheld*.
Happy Holidays *
